Welcome to

Tricia Peters Networking for Business

Tricia Peters Networking for Business

After many years working in international, national and local media in Manchester I set up Business Breakfast Group in 2010 to organise a regular business breakfast first of all in Warrington and then in Crewe and Nantwich to form South Cheshire Business Breakfast.

More recently I set up Sandbach Business Club, which had over 40 attending the first meeting.

Meet friendly & like-minded people, enjoy informative & entertaining guest speakers, share knowledge & ideas.

With so many networking groups operating you may well ask why I should come to Tricia Peters networking events.

These events are my main business, I don’t do them as an add-on to promote another business I run, and as such get my full attention.  I started this business 10 years ago after working in International and business media in Manchester, and set up my meetings attempting to take the best ideas from meetings I used to attend, which I believe will work for you.

To start with you will be made very welcome and this is important because it’s part of your working day and I will aim to make it enjoyable and productive. There is no need to do referrals or 60-second pitches, we are about engaging discussion.  If you haven’t been before drop me a line or call me and I can answer any concerns you might have.

It’s not a membership group, and so you aren’t paying an annual fee, its PAYG which appeals to many of the regulars that come along and many do make it a regular meeting to attend and of course whether a breakfast, lunch or evening affair there will be food served by the venue.

I work hard to make sure the venues are in a location for easy access and parking, using Warrington Golf Club, Wychwood Park Hotel and Village Hotel Warrington among other venues.

Guest speakers are also an important part of the meetings.  Most guests have a 15-minute slot and I work hard to bring along those with topical and interesting presentations, which means you have gained more knowledge on whatever subject they talked about.

How will these meetings work for you?  I always get a warm feeling of satisfaction when I see some of the people who come along do business with one another.  If you come along on a regular basis others will get to know you, trust you and ultimately ‘buy’ from you or introduce you to their contacts.  After meetings, I post on social media – LinkedIn, my Facebook Group, Twitter and Instagram about the meeting, people who I met and what they are doing.

Partners of my meetings are important – I have regular long-term partners or sponsors who support the meetings which mean they can run subscription membership free.

Building new business connections, creating trust, picking up ideas & growing your business.

Welcome

Welcome. I am Tricia Peters, founder & owner of ‘Networking for Business’. I run my own individual brand of business networking events.

My events generally appeal to business people from Warrington, Manchester and South Cheshire (Crewe, Nantwich, and Sandbach)

Since March 2020 I also run online events via Zoom and these will also carry on in addition to in person events.

Something For Everyone

Regular Business Networking

What a great way to start your morning!  Networking over breakfast is a great start to the day.

During the first half-hour as people arrive coffee, tea or water is available whilst informal networking takes place.  Its an opportunity for informal chats before we take our seats for breakfast.

Women In Business

If you haven’t been to any of my events before you will be made most welcome. Women in Business lunches take place in Manchester, Warrington and South Cheshire.

I also run early evening Fizz Networking events for women which are great networking opportunities made fun!

Heptagon Groups

New in 2021 Heptagon are small private business networking groups.  They are private groups by invitation only.  Consisting of 7 businesses only, it is a way to support and share ideas and expertise.

Meeting regularly the group will discuss current challenges that others in the group may have also and together find a way to solve them.

Why Come Networking?

Unique Opportunities

These mixed breakfast meetings in central locations are a great way to grow your business.

No Membership Fees

There are no membership fees to pay and the various meetings are conducted in an engaging and inclusive way under the Business breakfast group and Cheshire business events banners.

Building Connections

Business is ever-evolving and changing, so going out and meeting others helps to keep you up to date on what other businesses are doing. It’s a great form of market research and it helps you understand how other similar businesses overcome challenges. It’s also good to help others by sharing your experiences and pick up ideas.
